Hao Feng Mould has transitioned from specializing in mold manufacturing to product development over a 26-year innovative journey, with innovation serving as the cornerstone of the company. Therefore, product development is not only a key focus of the company's research and development but also a strategic core for its survival and growth. We consistently adhere to structuring new products based on customer needs, translating customer concepts into tangible products, and optimizing through various projects to achieve optimal design solutions and meet customer requirements.

Haofeng adopt the Integrated Product Development (IPD) model, collaborating collectively, and focusing on customer needs, prioritizing them alongside development and fierce market competition. We integrate technology and customer perception into the IPD execution team. Both product managers and project managers hold Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications, boasting rich theoretical and practical experience. Together with NPI (New Product Introduction) engineers and dozens of professional technical staff, we foster a unique atmosphere for exploring new products, processes, and systems each year.

We have established a comprehensive product development plan, implementing each product from customer-conceived concepts through team research, project follow-ups, and factory manufacturing to final product delivery. Our research and development team exhibits effective collaboration capabilities, and communication mechanisms within various departments are highly refined. Our R&D team can complete the design and trial production of a new product within one month. Haofeng invests heavily in each research and development project annually.
